Terms & Conditions for a Commission
Accepted Commissions

When the commission is accepted, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice containing a non-refundable 50% deposit. We will discuss the commission through means of chat or video call where I will be able to get a clearer picture of your idea. You will then receive a digital sketch or two where you can amend, change until you are satisfied. 

What is the Commission Process?

After the commission is accepted from the artist (the commission details) and from the client (the price after reviewing the commission details), the client will receive about 3 sketches within 2-4 days. Any revisions given in this stage after a sketch is chosen is free and is not counted as one of the given free revisions.

Once the go-ahead is given from the client for the artist to start finalizing the commission, there will be 2/3 free revisions given from this stage onwards (please check the below to verify how many revisions you have).

Further changes during the painting stage

For acrylic canvas paintings: You would have 2 FREE revisions during the painting stage. If you wish to make further amendments, each revision is of a €20 charge that will be added to the final invoice.

For all digital commissions: You would have 3 FREE revisions after the sketch is chosen. If you wish to make further amendments, each revision is of a €5 charge that will be added to the final invoice.

Who owns the rights of the artwork?

For acrylic canvas paintings: Once received, you own the original piece, yet the right to reproduce and sell the artwork is retained by the artist, this is not negotiable.

For all digital commissions: When sending the commission form, kindly state if you intend to reproduce or use it commercially. If so, we can draft an agreement so both parties are happy.

Shipping

For all digital commissions: The prices for this type of commission is with no shipping included as it can be sent to the client digitally. Kindly state in the comment section of the commission form if you would like it to be printed, and with a reasonable size you would like to have it printed as.

For acrylic canvas paintings: Good news! I've got you covered, worldwide shipping is on me!

Payments are excepted by Paypal or bank transfer.
