Magic Challenge - Water

To explore the magical possibilities my characters could have. I had first asked on Tiktok what would be the first elemental I should tackle, which was water, so I started to sketch out the possibilities of what the main skill would be. When a skill is used, would it leave a trail from where it is manipulated? Or should it just appear from the area the user wants it to appear at?
